CCR is the learning center for the Savory Network’s Hub del Norte located in beautiful Navarra, Spain, tucked into a valley dotted with traditional Basque villages where you’ll feel far away from everything, completely in touch with nature, but be just 30 minutes from Pamplona and 45 minutes from the famous beaches of San Sebastian.
Live and learn the fundamentals of holistic management at the ranch together with the key planning processes for grazing planning, ecological monitoring, land planning and financial planning, giving you all of the tools you need to make practical changes on your own farm or start your new adventure from a holistic point of view.
During this intensive summer course, you’ll be learning in an international environment with and from people all over the world. Your instructor will be Meghan Sapp, a Savory accredited Field Professional and founding member of Hub del Norte who has been holistically managing CCR together with her husband for nearly five years, but everyone will bring their own experiences and perspectives to share and learn from as well.
In addition to learning how to manage holistically, you’ll get to experience modern life living off-grid, eating food grown on the ranch and enjoying what the area has to offer. You can choose to stay in shared accommodation in the ranch house, pitch a tent or bring your caravan. We also offer optional add-ons so you can visit Pamplona and San Sebastian before and/or after the training, experiences you won’t want to miss!
