After finishing up your Holistic Management training, we’ll introduce you to the beautiful surrounding areas that make Navarra unique.
We’ll spend a day touring around Pamplona, home of the famous San Fermín festival and home to the Kings and Queens of Navarra, including visits to some key sites, museums and then lunch at Soto del Prior, an award winning hamburger shop owned and operated by a local beef rancher, where the burgers are made using his own beef! The afternoon will be on your own to explore before heading back to the ranch to rest and have dinner.
The next day we’ll hike around San Miguel de Aralar mountain where you can visit the Santuario de San Miguel at the top, with its amazing views and see the ancient religious relics that were a key part of Navarra’s history. In the afternoon, we’ll have a truly spectacular culinary experience at Maskarada, recently awarded a green Michelin star for their work bringing the local pig breed—Euskaltxerri—back from the brink of extinction. Then we’ll head back to the ranch to relax, have a last light dinner and then prepare for your departure the next morning.
